An empathic, intuitive kid placed in a life that consistently showed her that fulfillment couldn’t be found where she was told to look, so she became an adult who accepted her fate and dared to live differently.

I live by what I teach.

I was fully committed to The External Game. Always growing, attracting greater and more aligned activators. But impermanence is undeniable.

Life changes. And if you depend on external factors to keep parts of yourself online, emptiness follows.

But it’s in the depth of that emptiness that a different framework of life becomes available.

If all I wanted was the freedom to fully be myself, why was I ever looking externally?

That question radically changed my life and led to my devotion of mastering The Internal Game.

I dove into the study of our internal architecture. The walls, the constructs, the beliefs, and the emotional knots embedded deep in our systems, that keep us from fully accessing our power.

I profoundly relish the magic of life. Relationships, travel, being of service. But I'm clear that my true fulfillment is sourced from within. And I dedicate my life to being living proof of that.

The external world rearranges in unfathomable ways when you become your own permission slip. More can happen in a year of the Internal Game than the External Game can produce in a lifetime. But none of it happens without the unwavering commitment to activating your fullest potential.

And there’s nothing else on earth I’d rather be doing than this breathtaking work.
